Sales of SPEDI Till continue to increase

Sales of SPEDI Till, the low cost point of sale and store management system continue to grow, and the number of stores using the product is now well over 100.

In March, the system was installed in 17 stores, involving 38 tills.

Although SPEDI Till is designed to be easy to learn, and to run on one or more tills without a separate back office machine, it does have all the essential functionality of a point of sale system, including connection to most major wholesalers and ability to run the full range of promotions including Mix and Match offers.

As well as making it easier to maximise profits by making price changes easy to implement, so promotions that appeal to your customers can be offered. SPEDI Till allows Mix and Match promotions to be run in store.

The extensive reporting available means that you can see the areas of your shop that are doing well, while focusing on areas that are less profitable and either cut down the space they fill or increasing the products appeal somehow.

The function, which keeps records of all the sales and refusals of age restricted products, recording the reason for authorising the sale, and building a comprehensive log which can be quickly displayed or printed for trading standards officials or police is particularly popular as it does its job automatically without requiring operator or management effort.
